Very bad experience. Had to call Swapnil their technician at least 30 times to make sure he comes to install. He has not installed the AC properly and it led to gas leakage instead of promptly attending to it he has stopped answering my call and is not responding to messages. I recently scheduled an AC cleaning with Dreamnil AC Cleaning. It was very easy to receive a quote from them and then promptly schedule a service date. The technicians arrived on time and were very polite and skilled. They worked very efficiently and provided high quality service. The pricing for their services is also very reasonable. Six months ago, I gave this service 5 stars, but I am now changing my rating. After several attempts to reach out for a repair caused by their own mistake, the owner began ignoring my calls. When I finally called from a friend's phone, he answered immediately but lied, claiming he had sent someone to repair. No one ever arrived.
